    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 7, CHAPTER 3, TITLE 23 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS, 1976, RELATING TO THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY, BY ADDING SECTION 23-3-485 TO REQUIRE AN OFFENDER WHO IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER TO INFORM AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL, MANAGER, OR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OF HIS STATUS AS A SEX OFFENDER UPON ENTRANCE TO AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES.
