    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 6 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICTS AND OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS, BY ADDING ARTICLE 21, TO PROVIDE THAT A COUNTY, MUNICIPALITY, OR SCHOOL DISTRICT SHALL POST CERTAIN INFORMATION ON ITS WEBSITE AND DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND MAKE PUBLIC A CERTAIN WEBSITE DATABASE, AND TO REQUIRE THAT THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE.
