    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-1-235 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SHALL NOT PURCHASE CELL-SITE SIMULATOR TECHNOLOGY FROM A COMPANY THAT REQUIRES THE PURCHASER OF THIS EQUIPMENT TO ENTER INTO A NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND TO DEFINE THE TERM "CELL-SITE SIMULATOR TECHNOLOGY".
