Summary: Golf carts and seat belts
    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-2-105, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PERMITTING AND OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE A GOLF CART MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH A SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLED AT EACH DESIGNATED SEATING POSITION, PROVIDE THE OPERATOR OF A GOLF CART AND EACH PASSENGER MUST WEAR A FASTENED SEAT BELT, AND PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR A VIOLATION.
