    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MATTERS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC BODIES MAY NOT DISCLOSE THE NAMES OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OF JURORS, TO PROHIBIT DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN RELATED DOCUMENTS CONCERNING JURORS, AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMINOLOGY.
