Summary: Golf carts
    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-2-105, RELATING TO GOLF CART PERMITS AND THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE GOLF CARTS ADDITIONALLY MAY BE OPERATED WITHIN FOUR MILES OF PERMIT HOLDERS' TEMPORARY ADDRESSES, AND PROVIDE MUNICIPALITIES MAY ADOPT ORDINANCES THAT ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS EQUIPPED WITH WORKING HEADLIGHTS AND REAR LIGHTS DURING NON-DAYLIGHT HOURS.
