    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-41-90 SO AS TO PROHIBIT STATE OR LOCAL FUNDS FROM BEING USED FOR THE UNLAWFUL KILLING OF AN UNBORN PERSON OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHO PROVIDES FUNDING FOR THE UNLAWFUL KILLING OF AN UNBORN PERSON; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 16-3-50, RELATING TO MANSLAUGHTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE UNLAWFUL KILLING OF AN UNBORN PERSON BY DECAPITATION, SLAUGHTER, OR OTHERWISE.
