    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-1-395 SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES WHO HOLD ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICE ARE ENTITLED TO THE EQUIVALENT OF FIVE PAID WORKDAYS DURING EACH SCHOOL YEAR TO ATTEND MEETINGS OR TRAINING RELATED TO THEIR OFFICE, AND TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS.
