Summary: Provides that information concerning reports of child abuse and neglect classified as unfounded must be forwarded to the State Law Enforcement Division for safekeeping. This bill also requires SLED and the appropriate law enforcement agency conduct investigations and share information collected when child abuse or neglect is indicated.
