Summary of the bill as introduced: Prohibits the receipt, storage, consolidation, treatment, processing and disposal of radioactive, hazardous, infectious and solid waste by the state or any political subdivision of the state. This bill provides exceptions for the state and its political subdivisions that have a reciprocal agreement or a member of a compact.
