Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires that each entity, including political subdivisions, in a county providing water service which is part of a joint regional water association and obtains its water, in whole or in part, from a regional producing center to have a special water board to perform the function of establishing water rates for the entity based on the cost associated with the delivery of water to the customer. |
