Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires the reporting of certain gifts received by a public official or member of the Genera Assembly to include private air transportation. This bill also increases the limit from one year to three years for former members of the General Assembly to start lobbying activity. The bill also increases penalties for late filing or failure to file and also prevents contributions from appointed public officials and public members to certain elected officials.
