Summary of the bill as introduced: Eliminates the four, five and six percent income tax brackets and instead taxes those incomes at three percent. This bill also reduces the pass-through trade and business income tax rate from five to three percent and deletes the one percent sales tax exemption for individuals over 85 years old.
