Summary of the bill as introduced: Changes the amount required to be appropriated to the Local Government Fund to the amount appropriated for FY 2013-2014 increased annually and cumulatively by the increase in CPI and the difference between the amount required to the appropriated annual to the LGF and 4.5 percent of state general fund revenues must be credited to the State Highway Fund.
