Summary of the bill as introduced: Modifies the requirements of an employee seeking workers' compensation for personal injury caused by stress, mental injury or mental illness. The bill also would make it possible for any employee to file a successful workers’ compensation claim for job-related mental illness by removing the elements of unusual and extraordinary conditions and eliminating the need to prove the mental condition with medical evidence.
