01.23.2014 The Senate Finance Sales and Income Taxation subcommittee gave this bill a favorable report with an amendment. The amendment changed the bill to allow an income and other specified tax credit for 25 percent of the total cost, not to exceed $333,000 per installation and $1,000,000 for any taxpayer, of a nonresidential solar energy system for a  placed in service in 2013 through 2017.
