Summary of the bill as introduced: Adds exemptions from FOIA for disclosing a residential address, birth date, social security number, telephone number, photograph, name of a spouse or name of a child or any active or former employee or member of the judiciary, law enforcement officer, director or employee of certain state agencies, guardian ad litem, prosecutor, public defender or appellate defender in the state.
