HR 1378 is a constitutional amendment to create a public-use airports improvement fund. An amount equal to the amount of state sales and use tax on jet fuel and aviation gasoline and state motor fuel tax on jet fuel and aviation gasoline collected during the preceding fiscal year is dedicated to the fund to maintain regional public-use airports throughout the state.
