This bill would establish a seven person commission appointed by the Governor, Lt. Governor, Speaker and others. The commission would be charged with designing the state's Congressional districts as well as districts for Georgia Senate and House seats based on criteria in the law. The districts would be submitted to the General Assembly for approval.
