This legislation creates the Metropolitan Atlanta Aerotropolis Development Authority for the Cities of Atlanta, College Park, East Point, Forest Park, Hapeville, and Riverdale, as well as Clayton County and Fulton County.  Other jurisdictions may be added after January 1, 2014.
