Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation allows surface transportation projects to be performed in urban redevelopment areas. This language was also amended to include language from SB 374 that changes "slum" to "pockets of blight" in the Urban Redevelopment Law as well as provide for a process of bond validation.
