Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This legislation would require counties that provide sick leave to allow their employees to use up to five days of sick leave to care for the immediate members of their family, which includes a spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or dependent. Nothing requires an employer to offer sick leave of any kind. |
