Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation makes it illegal for anyone to conspire or collaborate with a foreign government to influence any primary or election being conducted in Georgia.  Those guilty shall be imprisoned for not less than five nor more than 30 years or life in prison, a fine not to exceed $1 million, or both.
