Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This bill provides an exemption from state and local sales and use tax for sales by or to a nonprofit which has as its primary purpose the presentation of horse shows, rodeos, or livestock exhibits of events. It also applies to entrant participation fees and public admission tickets. |
