Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This bill would authorize counties to provide multiple facilities for meetings of boards of tax equalization (BOEs) within the county. If multiple locations are used, taxpayers' appeals would be required to be scheduled in the location most convenient to the taxpayer. The text of this bill has been added to HB 365.
