Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation changes the name of the Georgia Sexual Offender Registration Review Board to the Georgia Sexual Offender Risk Review Board.  Additionally this bill transfers investigator positions now housed with GBI back to the the Board effective July 1, 2019.
