Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation proposes a replica of the Firefighter and Standards and Training Council specific to volunteer fire departments.  The propsed entity would be the Georgia Volunteer Fire Service Council and the entity would have rule making authority for all volunteer fire departments in the State of Georgia.
