Amend 27-2-3.1.  An applicant for a veteran�s lifetime sportsman�s license shall prove residency, provide evidence that they served more than 90 days of federal active duty military service and was honorably discharged, be charged half of the amount of the fee for Type A lifetime sportsmans� licenses.
