Amend 27-2-1.  Any person aged 65 or older who is not a resident of Georgia but who holds and carries a valid noncommercial hunting, fishing, or trapping license issued by their state of residence shall not be required to obtain an equivalent nonresident license from Georgia in order to hunt, fish, or trap.
