Amend 50-18-72.  Public disclosure shall not be required for records that are specifically required by federal statue or regulation to be kept confidential. 

Amended to include SB 212: Amend 50-18-72.  Relating to public records which are not required to be made available for public inspection and copying so as to provide that disclosure to the news media shall not be required for social security numbers of the day and month of birth of public employees.
