Staff Analysis of the Legislation

Amend 15-6-3.  Change certain provisions relating to the Piedmont Circuit.  Terms of court; Banks, Barrow, and Jackson counties: first Monday in February and August; and there shall be a grand jury for each term, but the grand jury shall not be required to be impaneled in the first day of each term.
