Amend Article 15 of Chapter 6 of Title 40.  Provide for additional offenses which amount to felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer including: operating a vehicle in excess of 20 MPH above the limit, flees in an attempt to escape arrest, drives with a child under 18 in the vehicle, drives without a valid license or while privilege is revoked or suspended, or operates a vehicle with any amount of alcohol, controlled substance, or marijuana present in the person�s blood, breath, or urine.
