Amend Chapter 3 of Title 38.  Georgia Office of Homeland Security and Georgia emergency Management Agency Nomenclature Act of 2007.  Mattie�s Call Act.  Add Article 8 requiring permission for use of the Georgia Office of Homeland Security�s and the Georgia Emergency Management Agency�s nomenclature and symbols.  Provides definitions.  In addition to any other relief or sanction for a violation of this article, the director shall be entitled to collect a civil penalty of $1,000 for each violation from the willful violator.  Further, the director shall be entitled to recover attorney�s fees.  Willful violators will be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $5,000 or to imprisonment for not more than 12 months or both.
