Amend 40-8-73.1.  Provide exemptions to window tint laws for certain vehicles.  Exempted vehicles include vehicles that display a valid special plate issued to a government official, any vehicle owned or operated by the state or a political subdivision thereof and displays a valid plate, and any vehicle operated in the course of business by a person license or resisted under Chapter 38 of Title 43, relating to private detective and private security businesses.
