Amend 17-10-1.  If a person was convicted of any of the following offenses prior to 07/01/2006 (sodomy (16-6-2), child molestation (16-6-4), aggravated child molestation (16-6-4), or enticing a child for indecent purposes (16-6-5)) the court imposing the sentence may correct or reduce the sentence and suspend or probate all or any part of the sentence.  Prior to entering any order the court shall afford notice and an opportunity for a hearing to the prosecuting attorney.  Any modification without notice shall be void.
