Amend Article 2 of Chapter 4 of Title 18.  Relating to property and persons subject to garnishment is amended by adding the word �continuing� to subsection (a): service of summons of continuing garnishment shall be made by serving the agent where the defendant is employed.  Service of a summons of garnishment that is noncontinuing shall be made by serving a summons upon the agent in charge of either the registered office or the principal place of business.  Methods of service indicated in this code section shall be the only means available for service of a summons of continuing garnishment.
