Staff Analysis of the Legislation

Amend Article 1 of Chapter 9 of Title 3.  Provide for the permitting of limo carriers to sell alcoholic beverages.  Requires a $50 application fee, $15 fee per vehicle, and permit for limo carriers to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption in the vehicle.
