Amend Act to provide a new charter for the City of Stockbridge.  All persons who are qualified under the Constitution and laws of Georgia to vote for members of the General Assembly and who are residents of said city shall be eligible to qualify as voters in the election.  For the purposes of electing members of the city council the city is divided into 5 districts; one member of the board will be elected from each district.  Mayor shall be elected by the city at large.  Use Tract and Block Group boundaries set up by the U.S. Census Bureau.
