Amend Article 1 of Chapter 12 of Title 17.  Relating to the Georgia Public Defenders Standards Council.  This bill would change the composition of the council from 11 to 15 members.  Four members of the council shall be county commissioners appointed by the Governor who have been elected and are serving as members of the governing authority of a county of this state.
