Amend Title 37.  Relating to mental health.  �Psychiatric Advance Directive Act�.  This bill would provide a means for competent adults to control either directly through instructions written in advance or indirectly through appointing an agent to make mental health care decisions on their behalf according to a written advance directive.  The bill also provides a statutory psychiatric advance directive form; this form is not exclusive.
