Amend Article 14A of Chapter 1 of Title 10.  Relating to flea market vendors� record keeping.  Neither food manufactured and packaged for sale for consumption by a child under the age of two nor drugs shall be offered for sale or sold at a flea market.  Violators will be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not greater than $100 per item.
