Amend chapter 6 of Title 16.  Relating to sexual offenses.  This bill would provide for seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicles operated by a person to facilitate certain sexual offenses including rape, aggravated sodomy, child molestation (including aggravated), enticing a child, or aggravated sexual battery.
