Amend Title 19.  Relating to domestic relations.  This bill would change certain provision relating to voluntary separation, abandonment, or driving off of spouse. This bill would create a duty in certain circumstances to provide child support for a mentally or physically disabled child beyond 18.  This bill would provide for postmajority child support in final verdict or divorce decree and provide that a child's eligibly to receive public benefits shall not be impacted by an award of postmajority child support.
