Amend Title 14.  Relating to corporations, partnerships, and associations.  This bill would provide for the Secretary of State to collect a filing fee for certificates of conversion filed when a Georgia corporation, LLP, or LLC converts to a foreign corporation, limited partnership, or limited liability company.  A copy of the certificate of conversion will be filed with the clerk of superior court in any county in which a converting entity owns property.  The certificate of conversion fee will be $95.
