Amend an Act creating the State Court of Cobb County.  The solicitor general of Cobb County shall receive an annual salary of $135,486.  The chief assistant solicitor of Cobb County shall not be paid less than $74,000 and shall not be paid more than $120,900. The assistant solicitors shall not be paid less than $47,900 and shall not be paid more than $84,000.  The intake solicitor shall not be paid less than $47,900 and shall not be paid more than $76,500.
