Amend Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 16.  Relating to regulation of controlled substances.  This bill would ban the sale or marijuana or hemp flavored candy.  Any person who violates this law shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for the first offense.  For the second or any subsequent offense, a person shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years or by a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000, or both.
