Staff Analysis of the Legislation

Amend an Act changing the compensation of the clerk of the superior court, the sheriff, and the judge of the Probate Court of Cobb County from the fee system to the salary system.  Sheriff�s Chief Deputy shall be paid $115,157.55; the Executive Assistant shall be paid $62,806.19; and the Chief Investigator shall be paid $104,489.15.
