Amend Part 5 of Article 22 of Chapter 2 of Title 20.  Relating to school buses.  This bill would prohibit the use of a cellular phone and other communication devices by a school bus driver except for official school system business or in the event of an emergency.  Violators will be subject to local board of education disciplinary action up to and including termination.
