Amend Chapter 2 of Title 47.  �Georgia State Employee Savings Plan�.  Relating to the Employees� Retirement System of Georgia so as to provide that no person shall become or again become a member of such system on or after July 1, 2008; to provide that such employees shall have accounts in the sate deferred compensation plan; to provide for employer contribution; to provide that such employees shall not be entitle to participate in any other public retirement system.
