Amend Chapter 2 of Title 21.  Relating to primaries and elections generally so as to require all electronic recoding voting system to produce an elector verified, permanent paper record of the votes recorded on such systems for each elector; to provide that electors shall have an opportunity to verify such record; to provide for reexamination and recertification of direct recording electronic voting systems; to authorize the use of certain printers and printer interfaces; the authorize the use of alternative means of voting.
